1. Price Warranty:
For every product sold - We are committed that the product value you choose is always the cheapest.
Therefore, we provide a 1-month product price warranty (since prices may fluctuate depending on the time). If it is more than 500,000 VND higher compared to reputable dealers, we will refund 100% of your purchase amount and accept the return of the product.
2. Product Quality Warranty:
The electric bicycle world imports completely built-up electric bicycles from famous manufacturers and undergoes strict quality inspections in Vietnam.
Therefore, every vehicle comes with a product quality warranty. If you discover that the vehicle is of poor quality or any single part has been replaced with a substandard one, we will refund 100% of your money.
3. 2-Week Vehicle Return Policy:
In case you choose a product but are not entirely satisfied, we will accept the return of your vehicle within 2 weeks. You will incur a fee of 20% of the vehicle's value, or you can choose another vehicle completely free of charge within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
4. 24-Month Comprehensive Product Warranty:
Once you have chosen and are satisfied with your purchased product, The Electric Bicycle World provides a 24-month warranty for the entire product (any defect is covered, from the smallest to the largest detail).
5. Lifetime After-Sales Service:
After the warranty period expires, please keep your product warranty card to receive lifetime after-sales benefits. If the product suffers minor damage, we will repair it for free and sell replacement parts at cost without markup.
WARRANTY REGULATIONS
Warranty Conditions:
- 24-month warranty for the frame.
- 2-year warranty for the motor.
- 1-year warranty for the charger and a 6-month replacement warranty for the battery pack.
- Components and spare parts during the warranty period must still retain the manufacturer's original warranty seal, with no signs of scraping, erasing, or tearing.
- Damage is determined to be caused by technical errors or manufacturing defects.
Free warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
- Spare parts and equipment damaged due to accidents, collisions, dents, deformation, scratches, rusting, etc.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, unstable power supply, or improper transportation.
- Unauthorized tampering or repairing of equipment such as: Controller, motor, battery, etc., without the manufacturer's permission.
- Motor, components, or equipment flooded with water leading to malfunction.
