WARRANTY REGULATIONS

A/ ELECTRIC VEHICLE PRODUCT WARRANTY

Warranty period:

1. For frame, fork, and mechanical parts: 24 months
2. For electrical components: 12 months
3. For batteries: 6-month warranty for new replacement, followed by 6 months of repair or equivalent exchange, or subject to the selling dealer's service policy.

Product warranty conditions:

1. Damaged products and components covered under warranty:
   1. Products and components covered by a time-based warranty that are still within their warranty period.
   2. Products and components whose damage is determined to be caused by a manufacturer defect.
   3. Products and components that retain their original shape without deformation or warping.
2. Damaged products and components not covered under warranty:
   1. Damaged by insects or animals, or severed...
   2. Subjected to water ingress, moisture, natural disasters, floods, fire, accidents, or vandalism...
3. Failure to follow the preventive precautions outlined in the accompanying user manual.
   1. Repaired by unauthorized parties, or subjected to structural modifications, bypass wiring, etc.
   2. Replaced with non-genuine parts or components not specified by the manufacturer.
   3. Used with an incorrect voltage supply.
   4. Warranty components whose manufacturer seals are broken or that have been disassembled...
   5. Equipment or components deformed from their original shape or subjected to mechanical impact...

B/ 50CC SCOOTER PRODUCT WARRANTY

Warranty period:

• For frame and mechanical parts: 24-month warranty
• Engine and electrical system: 12-month or 20,000 km warranty, whichever comes first.
• Battery: 6-month warranty

Product warranty conditions:

1. Damaged products and components covered under warranty:
   1. Products and components covered by a time-based warranty that are still within their warranty period.
   2. Products and components whose damage is determined to be caused by a manufacturer defect.
   3. Products and components that retain their original shape without deformation or warping.
2. Damaged products and components not covered under warranty:
   1. Damaged by insects or animals, or severed...
   2. Submerged in water, exposed to moisture, natural disasters, floods, fire, accidents, or vandalism...
   3. Repaired by unauthorized parties, or subjected to structural modifications...
   4. Replaced with non-genuine parts or components not specified by the manufacturer.
   5. Warranty components whose manufacturer seals are broken or that have been disassembled...
   6. Equipment or components deformed from their original shape or subjected to mechanical impact...
   7. Failure to perform periodic maintenance and oil changes as specified in the accompanying user manual.
